Your contributions will be broad encompassing management consulting leading or supporting the development of digital AI and agentic capabilities identifying market trends and opportunities managing existing digital and non-digital assets and supporting the expansion of Genpacts global presence within underwriting carriers. This role will be focused on P&C insurance markets with primary emphasis on commercial and specialty segments and secondary emphasis on Personal Lines. Experience in Life and Broking organisations would be of additional benefit but is not a critical requirement.Some local and international travel will be required constituting up to 35% of the role. Travel locations will primarily be within North America and occasionally other regions.The role requires a self-starter able to work under his/her own initiative with marginal supervision. The role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
