Area Supervisor: Lead Store Operations & Team Growth

Ross Stores, Inc.

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a store area and oversee daily operations as the Manager on Duty. You will supervise associates, ensure a safe and inviting shopping environment, and maintain merchandise presentation to company standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing, training staff on cash handling, and executing store processes while supporting Loss Prevention and Front End activities.
