Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Evening shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Initiate interventions related to patient's change in condition. Adhere to established protocols and document events accurately.
