Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient & Daycare Settings Part-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role serving both an outpatient clinic and daycare setting . This position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support children across multiple environments. Your Role in Action

- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional development
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide 1:1, play-based therapy sessions in both outpatient and daycare settings
- Address areas including sensory integration, self-care skills, handwriting, feeding, and motor coordination
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (PT, SLP, staff)
- Educate caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Passion for working with children in a variety of settings
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
