Pharmacy Clinical Manager

This key leadership role reports to the Director of Pharmacy and is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical pharmacy programs, while supporting the professional growth and competency development of clinical pharmacy staff. Responsibilities You will lead clinical and performance improvement initiatives related to medication use, drug therapy optimization, and cost containment. Collaborate closely with medical staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs that align with departmental and medical center goals. Ensure timely communication of new and updated policies, procedures, and clinical practices. Provide operational and clinical leadership to ensure services are delivered in compliance with departmental policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and nursing teams, support budget adherence, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality of care.
