Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a growing company in the West Valley who is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to several C-Suite executives, including the CEO. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite role.

Compensation: Up to $95,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives, including the CEO.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive documents.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, follow-up items, and action tracking.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems.
