Job Title: Deputy Program ManagerJob Category: Project and Program ManagementTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Top SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%Type of Travel: Local* * *CACI is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the CRIC-ES II Contract.The Opportunity:- Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity resilience and incident response capabilities.- Contribute to a critical contract aimed at improving national security through advanced cybersecurity measures.- Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in cybersecurity.Responsibilities:- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the execution of the CRIC-ES II contract.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and timelines.- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.- Support the creation and delivery of project reports and presentations.- Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions.Qualifications:Required:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).- 3-10 years of experience in project management or a related role.- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity or secure communication IT projects.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Desired:- Master’s degree in a relevant field.- Experience with government contracts and compliance.- Knowledge of incident response and cybersecurity operations.- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
