The Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting functions and financial reporting while partnering closely with senior leadership to provide accurate, timely financial insights. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality setting and enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily revenue reconciliation and distribute timely sales and financial updates to key stakeholders.

· Track and reconcile reservation deposits, including recording, redemption, and refunds as needed.

· Lead month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reviews, and supporting documentation.

· Prepare financial reports, KPI analyses, and other reporting used by leadership to evaluate business performance.

· Reconcile tips and event-related commissions, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections with the appropriate teams.

· Prepare and submit applicable sales tax and commercial rent tax filings.

· Maintain organized accounting records and ensure financial processes and reporting deadlines are consistently met.

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plus.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.

· Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
