Senior Legal Billing Specialist
A prominent, regional law firm is adding two Senior Legal Billing Specialists to its finance department due to continuous client expansion and firm growth.
Location: Remote (Eligible states: PA, DE, NJ or FL)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE) Plus Bonuses
Position Highlights:
- Work Structure: True 100% Remote Flexibility (Must reside in PA, DE, NJ or FL)
- Software Focus: Aderant proficiency required

Key Responsibilities
- Aderant Billing experience: Direct full-cycle legal billing within Aderant, generating pre-bills, processing attorney time edits, posting billable hours, and issuing final invoices.
- E-Billing Portal Administration: Set up new client matters on electronic billing portals, manage timekeeper rate setups, and resolve rejections.
- Compliance Verification: Audit attorney pre-bills and final invoices
- Attorney & Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with billing partners and corporate clients to resolve billing inquiries, adjust rates, and streamline revenue collections.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated legal billing experience in a law firm setting, with a strong employment history and demonstrated job stability.
- Software Requirement: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Aderant legal accounting and practice management software is required.
- E-Billing : Proven experience with electronic billing platforms
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical legal billing experience.
