Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 f or Lahey Clinic Medical Center , located in Burlington, Massachusetts . Lahey Clinic is a 365-bed facility with 100+ non‑union client staff and part of the Beth Israel. This is a 2nd shift position with some weekends and holiday. This position will report to a General Manager on‑site. What’s You Doing Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infectious Control department Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director Effectively manage the Unit Operating System Support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
