Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial E-commerce Growth & Marketplace Manager to build and scale our U.S. e-commerce business across Amazon, Etsy, DTC/Shopify, and other relevant online channels. This is not a maintenance-focused operations role. We are looking for a builder and business owner who can take channels and products from 0→1 and 1→10, drive incremental revenue, and work closely with Product and Supply Chain to turn customer insights into scalable products. What You’ll Own E-commerce & Marketplace Growth Own growth and day-to-day performance across Amazon, Etsy, DTC/Shopify, and emerging marketplaces. Build new channels, products, and programs from 0→1, then develop repeatable strategies to scale them. Own product launches, listings/SEO, merchandising, marketplace advertising, promotions, and conversion optimization. Drive key KPIs including revenue, traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, margin, and inventory health. Develop differentiated channel strategies — including standardized products, licensed/IP products, and personalized/custom products. Identify new growth opportunities through customer behavior, search trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data. Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews and translate data into clear growth actions. Product & Supply Chain Collaboration Bring marketplace and customer insights directly into product development and commercialization. Partner with Product on new SKUs, designs, bundles, personalization options, pricing, and channel-specific products. Test new concepts quickly and use real sales data to determine what should scale. Partner with Supply Chain on forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and launch readiness. Proactively identify stockout risks, slow-moving inventory, and supply constraints. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce / marketplace experience. Strong experience operating and growing Amazon, plus hands-on experience with Etsy and DTC/Shopify. Proven experience taking a channel, product, or business initiative from 0→1 and driving meaningful incremental growth. Strong understanding of marketplace operations, SEO, digital advertising, conversion optimization, and product launches. Strong analytical skills and understanding of CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, margin, sell-through, and inventory turns. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to turn data into action. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Creative, Marketing, and Operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
