This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a vital role in a fast-paced detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients entering detox, exploring emotional, social, and psychological factors affecting their recovery.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and the treatment team.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, offering strategies to cope with addiction and support emotional healing.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure access to necessary resources and services, fostering a supportive recovery environment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client assessments, progress, and care plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among family members and significant others, helping them understand the recovery process.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies as needed.

• Stay updated on best practices within the social work field, including emerging trends in mental health and substance use treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. Many of our clients face complex challenges, including co-occurring mental health issues, trauma histories, and socio-economic barriers. Your expertise will be vital in addressing these challenges, and you will play a key role in connecting clients to additional resources and supportive services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, preferably in a detox or addiction treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
