Customer Support Coordinator

Managing the full life cycle of customer support requests, the full-time salaried Customer Support Coordinator will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and mentor team members in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond to customer requests and inquiries within required timeframes Investigate and resolve issues while providing timely updates throughout the resolution process Create and update documentation in the Customer Support Knowledge Base and recommend process improvements Required qualifications 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in the transportation industry 3-5 years of experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) 3-5 years of experience in operations, finance, or business analytics, preferably in the transportation industry Superior analytic skills to support customer communication and deliver value Integration experience is highly preferred, but not required
