Combining sharp copywriting with creative direction and performance insights, the full-time remote Performance Creative Strategist will launch, test, and scale ad campaigns while collaborating with designers, media buyers, and data analysts to ensure high-performing creative output. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Account and Growth teams to deliver creative strategies that drive measurable results for high-growth apps and consumer tech brands Analyze campaign performance metrics, distill insights, and translate data into actionable creative testing roadmaps Write high-converting ad copy across social, search, and display campaigns, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and brand alignment Required qualifications 3-5 years experience in performance creative strategy, copywriting, or growth marketing Strong portfolio of ad copy and creative strategy work Proven ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams In-platform experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) Experience in apps or consumer tech highly preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
