ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2008 and expanded with a second office in 2025. Today, I lead a team of 12 across both locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Corporate Finance. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to build my own business and have greater control over my future.

I'm a graduate of both the University of Delaware and Villanova University, married, and a proud father of three. Giving back is important to our team, and we're proud to support organizations including our local food bank and the Autism Society of Delaware.

As a Customer Service Representative with Dan Dougherty - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
