Hayloft Property Management is hiring for a skilled leasing agent at Wellington at the Dunes in Dakota Dunes, SD. As a leasing agent, you will be heavily involved in the property’s sales, resident retention, resident relations, and overall customer service. We are currently seeking a hard-working individual who can wear multiple hats of responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, in-office position; Days of work are Tuesday – Saturday. A day in the life of our leasing agent includes (Key Responsibilities): Inbound/outbound phone calls & communication Creating work orders and working with the maintenance staff Managing/organizing inventory Building relationships with residents Receiving and handling packages for residents Sales for all currently vacant and future market rent apartments, and other rentable items, including outdoor garages, storage units, and underground parking spaces Maintaining resident retention; offering residents renewal options Handling resident concerns in a timely manner What’s in it for you?
