Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to establish appropriate treatment goals and programs in accordance with physician orders.

• Document all patient care activities including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure accurate and concise patient information is maintained.

• Administer therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapies, and modalities to enhance recovery and improve patients' physical function.

• Monitor and assess the efficacy of treatment programs, making necessary modifications based on patient progress and feedback.

• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to ensure a successful rehabilitation journey.

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel, ensuring adherence to established standards of care and optimizing patient outcomes.

• Engage in team meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
