Project Manager

Role ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include planning, coordinating and managing existing and upcoming IT Infrastructure Projects. The resource should have solid experience in understanding the customer requirements in terms of scoping the projects and should have good knowledge in working with Healthcare Customers.Resource should be technically sound to understand various technology towers like Windows, VMWARE, EMC storage, RSA etc..Should have good knowledge in working on MS Project, Excel and PowerpointQualifications RequirementsCreate and maintain project plans, including the development of project timeline, milestones, tasks, resources, task dependencies and durationsManage and track project performance, including resource allocations, cost, and quality by conducting regular team status meetings and continuously evaluating progressDevelop and communicate project status and establish appropriate governance across both business and IT to manage scope, issues, risks and changeManage the integration of IT, business and vendor deliverablesActively participate in the continual improvement of, and adherence to, project methodologyHold post implementation reviews, ensuring root cause analysis is conducted on any critical failuresBuild effective relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder expectationsCommunicate effectively in verbal or written form; produce clear status reports, utilize tact and diplomacy, simplify jargon, make clients aware of all issues and be an excellent listenerRequired Experience :Minimum of 3 years (PMP) or 5 years (non-PMP) experience in cross functional project managementKnowledgeable about current hardware and software product lines related to enterprise-level data center, networking, security and collaboration solutions from Cisco, EMC, VMware, etc.Proven track record of leading multiple cross-functional concurrent projects with a diverse group of professionals to deliver on-time against client requirementsMust have proven experience with managing technology projects with a focus on strategic planning, as well as risk, change and people management.Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and possess the ability to train others to use the platform.Must be individually process driven and results-orientedExcellent leadership, communication, facilitation, influencing and relationship skillsProblem and conflict solving abilities collaborating and influencing people across organizations and levelsStrong facilitation skills and ability to manage expectations (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Effective and personable communication with team members and vendors to achieve desired resultsPosting Date:Department: -
