This role focuses primarily on refinancing, using bank‑provided leads and a standardized sales process, with no requirement to generate your own business. You will be supported by experienced operations and processing teams to ensure efficient loan closings. Key Responsibilities Utilize bank‑provided leads and the sales process to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Leverage a wide array of loan programs and aggressive underwriting to offer the best options to clients. Focus primarily on refinance initiatives with no requirement for self‑generated business. Qualifications Minimum of one year mortgage lending experience in a call center or consumer‑direct setting. Active NMLS number. Strong goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting financial targets. Excellent time‑management and disciplined lead‑management skills. Effective interpersonal communication to collaborate with all bank departments. In‑depth knowledge of current loan originating guidelines and procedures. Positive credit and background check results. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with VA and FHA lending strongly preferred. Veterans encouraged. Established mortgage professionals with at least one year of active experience.
