Responsibilities: • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries • Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor What You’ll Do • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical reasoning—not cookie-cutter protocols • Participate in weekly meetings and monthly in-services (all paid time) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates (PT, OT, acupuncture, chiropractic) • Build relationships that generate referrals and raving-fan patients • Track outcomes and KPI metrics—because mastery is measurable • Grow within structured career tracks (Leadership, Education, Clinical Specialist, or Systems Operations) Qualifications: • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Some experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic with patients is preferred • Current state licensure in the state you practice • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Requirements • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) • Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey • Passion for excellence, teamwork, and lifelong learning • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ownership mindset—treat TRPT as your own career Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly
