Legal Billing & Collections Specialist

RRD seeks a Billing Associate (Collections) in Wheeling, WV to manage day-to-day collections for firm partners. This on-site role involves following up on past-due invoices, issuing client reminders, and preparing AR reports. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. You will monitor collections, maintain client relationships, and work with senior management to resolve issues, targeting timely remittance.
