Budget Analyst

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/09/2026 to 06/08/2027 Responsibilities Own the budgets and relationships across the organization and drive processes. Drive meetings with key stakeholders. Forecast, manage, and report on budgets and actual spend for cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business. Analyze large sets of data to understand P&L actuals each quarter, identify over or under spend against projects, and present variance explanations, key insights, and recommendations. Meticulously audit and reconcile large data sets and address issues. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot issues around budgets, invoicing, POs, etc. Implement process improvements impacting multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and needs. Document and train on processes for internal and partner teams. Work with minimal supervision to drive results and make decisions independently. Reconcile and track invoices against forecasted spend and PO balances. Perform ad hoc analysis, tasks, and projects as needed. Requirements 5-7 years relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Budgeting. Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts such as accruals, P&Ls, forecasting, fiscal planning. Superior analytical skills and the ability to form key, succinct insights and recommendations from comprehensive analyses involving large amounts of data. Ability to audit and reconcile large data sets in Excel from multiple data sources. Proven experience with business partnering and influencing cross-functional teams. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to solve problems independently in a highly matrixed organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and concisely communicate information, policies, and deadlines to stakeholders at varying levels. Ability to adapt to new tools and understand how data intersects within tools. Works independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative to drive results.Extensive Excel experience required. Flexibility with work schedule to virtually meet with partners in APAC and EMEA. Experience with working in a business, creative organization, and/or marketing is preferred. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
