At the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort, we are looking for friendly, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a professional, attentive, and friendly manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu and beverage offerings Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage guest checks Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and handling requests promptly Collaborate with teammates and managers to maintain smooth operations Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Must be at least 18 years of age due to Vermont alcohol service regulations Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program Free cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, disc golf, pool access, fitness center, yoga, and tennis lessons Annual complimentary overnight stay at the Lodge for you and a guest, including dinner and breakfast Free staff meal during 8-hour shifts 20% dining and retail discounts 50% off massages Free access to most guided property tours #J-18808-Ljbffr Trapp-Family-Lodge
