Warehouse Administrator Office Clerk

SEEKING EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR/OFFICE CLERK WITH GREAT ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS TO HELP OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews daily outgoing shipments to the restaurants schedule and, in discussion with other warehouse team members, plans and prioritizes daily work schedule to meet customer delivery requirements. Alerts team members of any special truck loading configuration or restaurant delivery requirements. Review daily inventory of finished goods in warehouse against anticipated delivery schedules to minimize amount of handling and damage to finished product. Produce all distribution paperwork, filing, printing and recording all shipments. Acts as liaison between PR corp, distribution to ensure all shipments are shipped on time. Walk paperwork and product through our facilities. Cycle counts and inventory all stock products. Pull single orders and assist in other work areas when needed. Requirements Intermediate keyboard/computer skills Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing Considerable knowledge of administrative office practices Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and customers Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality Skill in the operation of various office machines Must be organized Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. High school diploma Two years of office/administrative experience. Proficient in English and Spanish preferred but not required. 5 days a week 2 days off rotating shifts 6-2:30, 7-3:30 and 8 to 4pm.
