Exciting Opportunity for a Rheumatologist

Our organization is pleased to announce a full-time position for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist in Mason City, Iowa. This role offers a chance to join a dedicated team, including one experienced Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Position Highlights

• Practice Type: Outpatient General Rheumatology only; no hospital patient care required.
• Work Environment: A highly active practice with a steady flow of patients.
• Call Schedule: Minimal and manageable call responsibilities.
• Teaching Opportunities: Involvement with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Competitive annual compensation of $330,000 with a two-year income guarantee.
• Bonus: A generous bonus package totaling $120,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes paid malpractice insurance, tail coverage, reimbursement for licenses and registrations, $4,000 for continuing medical education (CME) annually, two retirement plans, and a generous paid time off (PTO) package. Benefits commence on the first day of employment.
