Endocrinology, Weight Loss, & Diabetes Opportunity

Join our dedicated team consisting of two physicians and five Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs).

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused role
• High-demand practice environment
• Minimal on-call responsibilities—phone consultations only
• Responsibilities include:
• Management of diabetes (Type I & II)
• Utilization of pump and sensor therapy
• Diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy
• Initiation of pump therapy
• Comprehensive endocrinology services
• Weight loss management
• Teaching opportunities available for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA students and medical students

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $286,989 per year
• Bonus package of $100,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Benefits commence on the first day of employment
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school
• Completion of a relevant residency program, with board certification or eligibility required
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at our facility
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
• Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with the Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
