• A current physician is retiring and will provide mentorship during the transition.

• Work closely with the ENT department and patients undergoing INSPIRE therapy.
• No on-call responsibilities!
• Enjoy an outpatient practice with a Monday to Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or holidays required!
• Serve a primary service area of approximately 260,000 residents.
• Work at a Level III Trauma Center equipped with helicopter services.

Opportunity Details:

• Annual salary of $333,626 plus production incentives; includes a $48,000 bonus package for the first two years.
• Comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school is required.
• Completion of an appropriate residency program demonstrating competency as a physician; board certification or eligibility is necessary.
• Must be able to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
