Exciting Opportunity for an Allergist/Immunologist

Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Allergist/Immunologist to become part of our thriving practice. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Collaborate with an existing physician eager to expand the practice.
• No on-call responsibilities!
• Enjoy a Monday to Friday outpatient schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Manage an average of 8-13 patients daily.
• Participate in a busy shot clinic.
• Serve a diverse patient demographic across all age groups.
• Utilize in-office Rhinescope and Spirometry equipment.
• Work with a dedicated pharmacy liaison and experienced allergy staff.
• Access onsite Immunotherapy and IVIG Infusion services at MercyOne.
• Primary service area encompasses approximately 260,000 residents.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary of $334,470 plus production incentives.
• Receive a bonus package of $106,000 per year for the first two years.
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution.
• Must be board certified within three years of eligibility.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school is required.
• Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician; must be board certified or board eligible.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
