Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions using evidence-based tools and techniques to identify individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their goals and mental health challenges.

• Engage clients in regular one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family interventions when necessary, promoting healing through shared experiences and support.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans to reflect their changing needs and goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up actions as required by licensure guidelines.

You will work with a varied client population consisting of children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor.
