• All candidates must have demonstrable hands-on experience with mobile-first SaaS platforms

Mandatory Qualifications (MQs)

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining business and functional requirements for mobile applications or SaaS solutions.
• Experience documenting user flows, offline capabilities, notification logic, and mapping features.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and device compatibility considerations.
• Hands-on experience translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile environments.
• Familiarity with mobile accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and data security for mobile APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops with CAL FIRE SMEs to define business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate Exhibit A §6 Solution Requirements (A-I) into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Develop Use Cases, Process Models, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Support configuration of COTS/SaaS modules and validate CAL FIRE data integration and APIs.
• Participate in DED creation, UAT planning, and system validation per CAL FIRE standards.
• Ensure documentation aligns with CAL FIRE IV&V and state compliance requirements.
