No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions - you’re in full control. Manageable Caseloads: Clear expectations for Direct Supervision and Parent Training based on your balanced caseload - you choose when your clinical care hours are delivered. Strong Earning Potential: Competitive salary plus attainable monthly bonus (up to $21,600/year additional). Clinician-Led: 300+ BCBAs; every clinical leader between you and our CEO. Referral program: Up to $2,500 for Behavior Analyst referrals. CASP Provider Access: 75+ approved CEU courses. No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity. Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education. Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth. Communicate proactively and foster collaboration. Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation What We’re Looking For Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Active LBA Certification in the state of Virginia as issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will pay for Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
