Assistant Branch Manager

Overview Position Title: Assistant Branch Manager Business Unit: Retail Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment Primary Office Location 2400 Stantonsburg Road, Greenville, North Carolina 27834 Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for meeting customer needs within the retail branch environment and assisting with the management of the branch and sales team. The incumbent will develop and maintain a personal referral network, execute branch leads according to consumer bank standards, process customer transactions, and convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet customer banking needs in a courteous and professional manner. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Input and maintain effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology. Complete the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Assist with management of daily sales activity through branch staff coaching of prescribed sales activities, pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring and measuring sales results. Coordinate and complete operational duties as assigned, including scheduling, directing, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, vault cash management, and ensuring tasks adhere to current policies and procedures. Perform traditional teller transactions as needed. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Contribute to risk management by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring risk as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Compliance and Risk F.N.B. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: High School or GED Minimum Years of Job-Related Experience: 2 Skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Basic MS Excel - Intermediate MS PowerPoint - Basic Experience in a related position Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services Sales and customer service skills Licenses/Certifications Licenses/Certifications Required: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
