Supply Coordinator

Description: Responsible for various duties and responsibilities supporting the Supply department in the procurement of products for distribution.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.Primary Responsibilities:Process purchase orders for the procurement of chemical productsTrack and report products in inventoryAct as liaison between internal directors and external suppliersAssist in the management of railcar and truck logistics to obtain productsMaintain supplier and product information in databasePrepare and track samples delivered to customersCollect purchase planning forecasts from salesCompile market data and alternative valuesReport on various supplier dataQualifications:0-4 years professional experience preferredBachelor's degree from accredited institution in business or related fieldProficient with Microsoft Office applications, advanced knowledge of Excel desiredFamiliarity with Salesforce a plusComfortable with handling and analyzing large volumes of dataStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-starter with ability to prioritize and multitaskCompany OverviewRadchem Products, Inc. is a chemical distribution company located in the southwest Chicago suburbs. xhyhwjd We relocated to a brand-new office near Naperville, IL in the summer of 2023.
