Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Per Year ** Sign on Bonus for Licensed Applicants ** ** Licensing Reimbursement ** Simple IRA Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Salary & Commission/Bonus Paid Time Off (Vacation and Personal/Sick Days) Agent Aspirant Program for Individuals Aspiring to Own a Business Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM located in Wood River, IL Requirements Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain) Life & Health License (must be able to obtain) Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred Sales Experience Preferred Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory Self-Motivated Responsibilities We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in serving our customers.
