Swan Orthodontics is hiring an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant!

Are you the person who makes someone’s day just by being in the room? Do you get a little thrill from a perfectly organized drawer? Can you talk a 13-year-old into wearing their rubber bands? If so, we need to meet you!

Who we are
Swan Ortho is a woman-owned and woman-led practice with a solo doctor (and mom!) who has 20 years of orthodontic experience. We don’t do cookie-cutter smiles. Every patient gets a custom treatment plan, and every team member gets a chance to grow.

What your day looks like
???? Chairside magic: Seat patients, place and remove separators, fit bands, change archwires, o-ties, assist with bonding, and celebrate on deband day.
???? Tech time: Take x-rays, intraoral scans, and photos. Then 3D print models, build indirect bonding trays, and make retainers.
???? Patient cheerleader: Teach patients and parents how to care for their braces, motivate them to stay on track, and share their progress.
⭐ Smile ambassador: Be the best part of every patient’s day, invite siblings to our Future Flyers program, and help spread the word about our practice.
???? Keep it sparkling: Run sterilization and infection control like a pro, and keep our clinic clean, stocked, and ready.

You’ll shine here if you:

• Have your X-ray certification, RDA licensure (per state requirements), and CPR certification
• Love working with kids, teens, and families
• Stay calm, solve problems on your own, and think on your feet
• Bring positive energy and work well with a team
• Are comfortable with tech (experience with Dolphin is a bonus!)
