responsibilities:

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex agreements using approved templates and within defined risk parameters.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Legal to resolve contractual issues, address supplier redlines, and consolidate positions.

• Advise on contract selection and provide drafting support to align with Our Client's sourcing strategies and procurement activities.

• Hand off finalized agreements to SCM teams for release, supporting the full contract execution process.

• Maintain accurate lifecycle records and ensure strict compliance with Our Client's governance frameworks and SCM policies.
