Assistant Controller

Ideal Partners is a rapidly growing, multi‑entity organization serving a diverse range of industries including Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Roofing, Pest Control, Security, Mechanical Services, and Construction. Our continued growth through expansion and acquisition has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller to join our accounting leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment and enjoys improving processes while supporting multiple operating companies. The Assistant Controller will work closely with the Controller to oversee daily accounting operations across multiple entities. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, managing month‑end close, supporting project accounting, and helping ensure strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction or service industries, understands project accounting, is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and has hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct.
