Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager

Austin, TX Full time Salary plus benefits US Citizen, GC Holder, EAD and TN Requirement Junior MBA grads that can perform BA/PM role based out of Austin, TX. Graduated with an MBA and with at least 1 year of BA/PM work experience.

Business Analyst

• Business Analyst who can write BRDs, conduct requirement sessions, work with development team to convey requirement, complete detailed analysis, have good communication (oral and written), write meeting notes, create knowledge articles, can create user guide, able to also write detailed test cases and test the application functionality
• Should have created test plan, testing documentation etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment to complete multiple projects simultaneously according to business requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across functional lines and at all levels within organization and the business
• Documenting and communicating the results
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
• Act as a project coordinator to assist Project and Program Managers drive the projects

Project Manager

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
