Bilingual Staffing Assistant - $760+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in reception or administrative support
- Previous staffing, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
- Supporting daily office operations while actively recruiting and onboarding candidates
- Managing front desk and reception duties
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and compliance documents
- Providing excellent customer service to applicants and clients
- Supporting management with additional office and administrative tasks as needed
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills required
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Fully in-office role; no remote work available
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm
- Shift times may vary depending on branch need
- Ocassional weekend/ on call work
- Direct Hire
