What You’ll DoAs our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
- Ensuring food preparation meets Bella Vino’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen that complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
- A passion for food quality and presentation, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
