Behind the scenes, you''ll ensure quality, maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Responsibilities Make every single meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. Direct daily kitchen activities as well as coach and develop a team capable of catering to more than 500 people. Encourage and address guest feedback. Help the Food and Beverage Director plan events. Work closely with the finance team to forecast, plan and budget. Qualifications Degree or certificate in culinary arts. 5 years'' experience as a chef. Must speak local language(s). At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
