Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation facility, which is fully equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources necessary for effective patient care. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and effective treatment sessions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address patients' mobility impairments, emphasizing functional outcomes.
• Design customized exercise programs that cater to each patient's specific rehabilitation needs, fostering motivation and adherence.
• Minimize reliance on medications by promoting non-surgical alternatives and utilizing cost-effective treatment strategies.
• Document and review treatment plans and patient progress to provide comprehensive care and facilitate communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the rehabilitation process to motivate patients to achieve their health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We are dedicated to customizing our services to meet specific patient needs, which may range from athletes seeking to improve performance to elderly individuals working on balance and mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California without any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient care.
• Ability to design effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as WebPT for managing patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience in developing aggressive and innovative rehabilitation protocols.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the latest trends in orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
