Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate individual strengths and limitations and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions aimed at restoring function and improving mobility, adhering to the prescribed physician plan of care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to facilitate recovery, working hands-on with patients in an engaging, empowering manner.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, home exercise programs, and the use of adaptive equipment to encourage independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to track effectiveness and adjust care as necessary.
• Participate in case management meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate with the care team to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Assist in the training and supervision of Physical Therapy assistants and interns, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional development.

Preferred Experience
