Wind Creek is seeking a Sous Chef to lead all aspects of food production within the Food and Beverage department, delivering fast, friendly service to guests and coworkers. You will demonstrate culinary passion, creativity and guest interaction while contributing to the overall success of the venue. The role includes menu creation, staff training, production scheduling, and cost control; must have an Associate’s Degree in culinary field, be able to pass a timed food presentation, and maintain #J-18808-Ljbffr Wind Creek
