ServiceNow Admin Duration: 12+ Months Location: Richmond, VA, Plano, TX, McLean, VA JD: Looking for ServiceNow platform administrators, not developers. Managing ServiceNow platform. Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug-ins. Various in-house application integration with ServiceNow. Prefer to have AWS skillset as well – cloud infrastructure and support at some level - EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins. Server experience – looking at servers in the cloud. Handling requests from the enterprise side – for example, integrating ServiceNow with Slack. Enterprise level support. Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful. AWS DevOps is preferred. ServiceNow certification is preferred. Need banking client experience. Samprasoft
