Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Utilize medical equipment such as Baxter pumps and GE monitors effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner system
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Registered Nurse license (active and current)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required before starting
• TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications required before starting
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center, with at least 1 year in an ER setting
