- Welcome Customers: Greet customers with warmth and assist them throughout their visit.
- Provide Expertise: Answer questions about our vehicles and the financing process.
- Facilitate Test Drives: Help customers experience the vehicles they're interested in, explaining key features and benefits.
- Guide Financing Options: Assist customers in navigating their financing and purchase choices based on their individual needs.
- Encourage Informed Decisions: Persuade customers to make purchases they feel good about, ensuring satisfaction with their choices.
- Maintain Vehicle Presentation: Ensure our display vehicles are clean and well-maintained, creating an inviting environment.
