Short Description:-
This role requires hands-on expertise to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment. This role oversees the platform's reliability, security, integration, and performance while providing advanced user support and driving enhancements across departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:-
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including:
Configuration
Automation
Data management
System integrations
Along with strong analytical and communication abilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Experience working within county or local government environments is highly desirable, though not required.
Daily Responsibilities:-
Daily work includes:
Managing users and permissions
Maintaining reports
Building flows and supporting integrations with external systems
Troubleshooting issues
Collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes
Required Skills and Competencies:-
Success in this role requires:
Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integration methods
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
The ability to guide users through training and best practices
5 years experience as Salesforce Administrator
certification
