Intake Coordinator

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated Intake Coordinator to join our team in Rocky Hill, CT. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families, guiding them through the intake process and ensuring that they receive the support and services they need. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients into our care programs. Your exceptional communication skills and compassionate approach will play a crucial role in providing our clients with a positive onboarding experience.
