About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its global expansion and presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's growth on a global scale, managing the reporting requirements of regulated entities, and interfacing with major clients and investors. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in treasury management, including DeFi, leading KPI reporting, future fundraising, and exploring acquisition opportunities. A key aspect of the role is leading the financial and risk analysis related to product launches. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of previous experience as a VP of Finance or CFO, with a preference for those who have worked at a growth stage company. A Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar relevant field, along with a strong background in data analysis, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B FinTech businesses, be passionate about digital assets, and possess a problem-solver and critical thinker mindset. The role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
